Torre Don Virgilio started life as a 16th-century farmstead. Today, its stone archways, shaded courtyards, and lanes of olive trees feel like a tucked-away village. With baroque hill towns on the horizon and Sicilian sunshine everywhere, it’s an easy place to breathe, think, and move.
From here, we’ll dive into high agency, accepting the facts, owning the flow, and crafting our tomorrow.

Shape the Now is a four-day immersion in high agency, the paradox of facing a reality you can’t control yet still knowing that you own what happens next. We’ll turn feelings of powerlessness into clear steps, and convert messy constraints into creativity, skills you can use at home, at work, and everywhere in between.
You’ll leave with a respons-ability toolkit, confident you have enough, right where you stand, to shape what comes next.

The retreat cost varies with your room choice (single or double) and includes full board at the hotel, all workshops, and all retreat activities. It does not include flights or airport transfers. See the next section for room options and fees.
A 35% deposit is required to confirm your booking, and it remains fully refundable until 22 February 2026, when the balance is due.
All food and drinks from arrival to departure are included, served in the hotel restaurant. Coffee breaks are also included.
All meals cater for all dietary requirements, including vegetarian/vegan, gluten free and dairy free.
Wine is served with all meals. Other alcoholic beverages are not included but can be purchased separately at the hotel bar.
A 5-day programme of workshops and work groups covering a number of topics around the themes of high agency, response-ability, radical acceptance and empowerment.
The full programme with timings and detailed workshop information will be shared with participants following registration.
Sicily boasts seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites, four of which are an easy day trip from the hotel. Consider joining the Pre-Retreat.
During the retreat, in addition to the workshops, you'll have access to daily morning exercise sessions and one optional excursion of your choice, hiking, vineyard visits, cooking classes, or trips to local caves or nearby UNESCO-listed baroque towns.
Full access to the swimming pool facilities is included throughout your stay.

We advise booking flights as soon as possible and plan to arrive at Torre Don Virgilio by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, 22 April, and depart after 2 p.m. on Sunday, 26 April.
Sicily has two international airports, but we highly recommend flying into Catania Airport (CTA); the retreat venue is about 1 hour 15 minutes by car.
Car rentals currently start at ~€35 per day for the retreat period.
We’ll coordinate airport transfers, taxis or shared car rentals, once all participants’ flight schedules are finalised.
